Topic: Litigation 101
This presentation provides an overview of the litigation process as well as the day-to-day impacts lease and title analysts can expect during each phase.
Presented by: Maggie McConnell
Maggie McConnell is a Senior Attorney with Aspect Energy, supporting the company’s domestic and international assets and litigation. Maggie has been practicing law for almost 15 years, much of it in oil and gas. During that time, Maggie has worked for an international and a regional law firm as well as a large, publicly-traded oil and gas company and a small, private E&P company. She has extensive experience in oil and gas litigation, contracting, transactions, compliance, and counseling with some title work thrown in for good measure.
